In today's Robotic Processing Automation (RPA) landscape, most organizations are adopting plug-and-play solutions to automate their processes, which are not built inherently to be scalable in complex and advanced cases. While floundering to scale to larger process automation, the traditional RPA Frameworks like UiPath, Blue Prism, and Automation Anywhere fall behind in supporting the last 50 years of software development practices, governance, change management, modular design, cloud technology, and other advances including machine learning (ML), AI and high-end programming languages like Python. Moreover, the user interface (UI) design of the solutions also appears outdated, unable to perform high-intensity real-time activities. Set against this backdrop, for larger, more complex, more ML-related solutions, with modern UI what companies need is something much better.

Enter ARNVIND GROUP. The company provides solutions that promote advanced data science functionality, scalability, and richer UI. ARNVIND GROUP was among the first to use a Python Framework for RPA, a superior approach to traditional RPA systems not only but for the more advanced cases involving ML, optimization and AI, but also for the larger process automation cases. By integrating data science discipline with the RPA on Python, the company’s solutions, having a richer user interface, can scale to any size, level and complexity—to solve the repetitive and cumbersome task on the computer faster, and better, leaving more time to address more important value creating tasks. “In doing so, ARNVIND uses a minimum viable product (MVP) agile approach, decidedly a combination of scrum and MVP thinking,” states Peter Arnvind, CEO, ARNVIND GROUP.

Team ARNVIND develops a working prototype to delve deep into the core of the problem, solve it and present it to the users directly. In essence, it is intense interaction with the users, wherein the company is capable of meeting the needs of the clients faster, and with fewer risks.

Arnvind discusses the two most essential tools—PlannerTech and ACE—for assisting clients in meeting their goals. Designed specifically for life sciences, transport and logistics and services industry, PlannerTech is an advanced planning tool that models the client’s very complex delivery processes, and automatically estimates an optimal plan to be executed—all based on ML and operational research. In addition, it provides a rich cloud-based UI for planners and workers, bringing in up to 30 percent productivity gain and a significant decrease in costs.

ACE, on the other hand, is one of the world’s most advanced candidate evaluation and sourcing systems, which searches for candidates in seven different sourcing channels, including sourcing partners and referral networks. This is followed by automatic pre-screening of the candidates and scoring them using ML, finding contact information and initiating campaigns for potential candidates. “It is an automatic HR recruitment research process, making way for a huge efficiency leaps in the recruitment industry,” says Arnvind. The company offers this automation system both as a cloud solution and Research as a Service (RAS) to some of the most prominent players in the industry.

Recently, ARNVIND GROUP developed a PlannerTech solution for Novo Nordisk—a global leader in diabetes medicine. The client sought advanced planning automation for undertaking daily tests, and samples globally. ARNVIND GROUP’s PlannerTech solution leveraged its Python-based automation framework (pyMLR) to meet the requirement. Consequently, the first version of the system was launched, manifesting dramatic success in under three months. The system is currently being rolled out to more than 1,200 users worldwide. With a productivity gain estimated to be up to 30 percent, the project has been honored with the ‘Novo Nordisk Lighthouse’ title, paving the way for innovative process automation.

Scripting similar success stories, ARNVIND GROUP looks forward to growing at a minimum rate of 100 percent per year. The company’s cloud-native solutions aim to find the right use cases for the different RPA Frameworks.
